If the thought of doing that for one Steve that you barely know induces anxiety, try having to do this for 10, 50 or even 500 Steves, every month for birthdays, retirements, long service or even maternity leave 🫃🏻.
Sometimes by chance, you’ll choose the perfect gift and nail it for everyone. But wouldn’t it be amazing if recipients could swap a gift they weren’t that into for something they preferred?
That’s where the idea for our new feature HappinessGuaranteed™, came from.
Like it, Switch it or Donate it
When you place an order, you can generate a free Gift Registration page link to send to your recipients to securely provide their address info and dietary preferences.
If a particular recipient doesn’t like your gift choice, we’ll let them choose any other gift from our catalogue up to the value of your original gift (no prices are shown).
You can still turn this feature off to always stick with your original choice, or limit the alternatives on offer. For example, you can avoid showing products that contain alcohol.
It’s like a digital gift receipt 🧾.
You choose the gift you think is most likely to delight your recipient, but should it not, they can exchange it for something that’s more their vibe. And just like a gift receipt, they won’t see the price or any information about your order with us.
In addition to choosing a different gift, you can let your recipient donate the value of their gift to a local food bank through our partnership with the Trussell Trust.
Using the new HappinessGuaranteed™ feature
When setting up your order, choose “Generate a link” in the “Dispatch Options and Dates“ section.
You’ll see the following options
Ensure you’ve ticked “Enable HappinessGuaranteed™ (recommended)” and voila.
Your recipients can now choose an alternative gift that brings them eternal delight and happiness.
You can also turn this setting on for existing orders where you’ve generated a registration link for your recipients.
Sign into your account and head to the order. From “Dispatch Options” choose “Generate a Link” and you’ll see the option to “Enable HappinessGuaranteed™”
